📦 Shipping Process

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is completed, you will be sent a confirmation email. The confirmation email is a notification that your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped.

  • Processing Time: Orders are prepared and delivered to cargo within 2 business days at the latest from the day of confirmation.

  • Cargo Company: Products are sent by our contracted cargo company. The shipping company and your tracking number will be notified to you via e-mail or SMS after your order is shipped.

⏳ Delivery Time

  • Delivery Time: Your order will arrive within 2-7 business days depending on the delivery address.

  • Weekend Delivery: Delivery is not made on weekends and public holidays.

  • Delivery Time: Deliveries are generally made during business hours. However, if you would like delivery within a specific time frame, you can contact the courier company.

🌍 Delivery Areas

  • For Türkiye: Products can be sent to all provinces of Turkey.

  • International Shipping: Shipping abroad is only available to certain countries. You can contact us for information about international shipping.

💳 Shipping Fees

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees may vary depending on the total amount of the order, delivery address and delivery type. Shipping fees will be stated on the payment screen during ordering.

  • Free Shipping: Free shipping campaign is applied to orders over a certain amount. Free shipping terms may vary depending on the campaign period.

🔄 Cargo Tracking and Delivery Issues

  • Cargo Tracking: After your order is shipped, you will be sent your cargo tracking number. You can track your order online with this number.

  • Delivery Problems: In case of problems, loss or damage that may occur during delivery, you must contact the cargo company. You can share the problems with us and get support in the solution process.

  • Return Period: According to our product return conditions, you can request a return within 14 days from the delivery date.

  • Return Conditions: The products to be returned must be unused and the packaging must not be damaged.
